เงื่อนไขการใช้ Lotus’s E-Coupons
1. E-Coupons ไม่สามารถถอน เปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือรูปแบบการชำระอื่น
และไม่สามารถทอนส่วนต่างเป็นเงินสดได้ ไม่สามารถซื้อสินค้าในบิลที่น้อยกว่ามูลค่าของ E-Coupons ได้
2. สามารถใช้ซื้อสินค้าที่โลตัส ทุกสาขา และต้องใช้ก่อนวันหมดอายุ
3. สามารถใช้ได้เพียงครั้งเดียว
4. ไม่สามารถใช้ซื้อสินค้าประเภทเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ บุหรี่ บัตรเติมเงิน บัตรของขวัญ โทรศัพท์มือถือ นมดัดแปลงสาหรับทารกและนมดัดแปลงสูตรต่อเนื่องสาหรับทารกและเด็ก (สูตร 1 และ 2) จังเกิ้ลคาเฟ่ บริการชำระบิลและค่าธรรมเนียม บริการไปรษณีย์ ศูนย์อาหาร โลตัสช้อปออนไลน์ ยา และสินค้า/ร้านค้าในบริเวณพื้นที่เช่าของโลตัส
5. การใช้ E-Coupons จะต้องกดรับสิทธิ์ที่หน้าเคาน์เตอร์แคชเชียร์เท่านั้น ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ให้ใช้รูปภาพที่มีการบันทึกเก็บไว้ หรือพิมพ์บนกระดาษ
6. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

Terms and Conditions for Using Lotus’s E-Coupons
1. Lotus’s e-Coupon is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other forms of payment.
2. Lotus’s e-Coupon can be used at any Lotus branches before the expiry date.
3. Lotus’s e-Coupon can be used only once.
4. Not valid for the purchase of the following items: Liquor, Tobacco, formula milk for baby and infant (formula 1 and 2), prepaid top-up card, gift voucher, bill payment and postage service as well as purchase from food court, Lotus’s shop online and Lotus’s tenant shops.
5. Lotus’s e-Coupon must be redeemed at the cashier counter only. Lotus reserves the right not to use images that have been saved or printed on paper.
6. Lotus reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
